How does Shipping work?
Local pickup is available from Secret Harbour, WA . Orders must be collected within 7 days.
Delivery or shipping via Australia Post standard shipping can be arranged by quotation.
Prices do not include tax, framing, shipping, packing, or insurance costs. Once the artwork leaves my studio it becomes the sole property of you, the client, so shipping insurance is highly recommended through UPS or Fed EX, an easy and affordable process.

What is your Returns policy?
I currently do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the unlikely event that your artwork was damaged in transit. If this is the case, please make contact within 3 business days of receiving your order with photos of the damage to be eligible for a refund. If you have any issues at all with your order, or have any questions, please send me a message.
Where can I see more of your work?
I post a lot of my artwork including the process and snippets of behind the scenes on my Facebook Page and my Instagram account.
How do I commission an artwork?
STEP 1: Contact me to discuss your needs.
Discuss your budget and vision, etc. formal, informal, mood, setting, clothing, size, number of people, etc.
STEP 2: Provide me with high quality photos of your choice.
STEP 3: Finalise Artwork Details
When you contact me we will discuss your images and details of the artwork required. After details have been agreed upon, and your 50% painting deposit has been made, work on the artwork will begin.
STEP 4: Completion & Delivery
Upon completion of the artwork the balance is due in full prior to shipping or upon delivery. Your artwork can be shipped, delivered or picked up at my studio in Secret Harbour. How long does delivery take?
We will always aim to get your artwork shipped to you as soon as possible!
Please allow up to 5 days for original artwork to be carefully packaged and shipped. Shipping in Australia can take up to 10 business days (possibly longer during peak periods). If you do need your artwork sooner, please contact me and express post can be arranged for an additional cost.

What about Art Specifications and quality?
All of my artworks are original paintings created on either canvas or board using professional grade oil paints and mediums. Once completed they are dried, signed and each piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Artworks are unframed but professionally finished and come ready to hang.
Can I see the artwork in person before I buy it?
Absolutely! I have a small private studio in Secret Harbour where you can view the painting in person by appointment.
